BrightLine Gutter Care LLC (“BrightLine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.brightlinegutter.com (the “Site”), request a quote, book a service, purchase or manage a Gutter Care Plan, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with BrightLine.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and in connection with BrightLine’s customer services. It does not apply to a third party’s separate website, service, or privacy practices.
1. Personal Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with BrightLine.
Information you provide
We may collect:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and service address.

- Property and service photographs, including before-and-after images and photographs documenting gutter conditions, completed work, access, or potential damage.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, financial-account passwords, or other sensitive information that is not reasonably needed for gutter services.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site is hosted on Wix and uses cookies and similar technologies. These technologies may include:
- Essential cookies, which support security, fraud prevention, account login, checkout, Site stability, and other necessary functions.
- Functional cookies, which remember settings and support optional Site features.
- Analytics cookies, which help measure Site traffic, performance, and visitor interactions.
- Marketing cookies, which may help measure advertising, limit repeated advertisements, or deliver more relevant advertising when advertising integrations are enabled.
The Site may use Wix Analytics and, if connected, services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta technologies, or other third-party tools. These providers may collect online identifiers and activity information under their own privacy policies.
Where available, you may use the Site’s cookie banner or privacy-preference control to accept, reject, or change preferences for non-essential cookies. You may also adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect some Site functions. Where required by applicable law and supported by our systems, we will honor legally recognized universal opt-out preference signals.

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for legitimate business purposes:
- Website and platform providers, including Wix, which hosts and supports the Site, accounts, forms, bookings, pricing plans, and related features.
- Payment processors and financial institutions that process purchases, refunds, disputes, and fraud checks.

- A successor or transaction participant in connection with a proposed or completed merger, sale, financing, reorganization, transfer of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. If BrightLine uses technology that applicable law defines as “selling,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising, eligible individuals may exercise the applicable opt-out rights described below.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, administering plans, maintaining warranty and service records, meeting accounting and tax requirements, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and complying with legal or insurance obligations.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the customer relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, or retain it in a form that does not reasonably identify an individual, subject to technical and legal limitations.
6. Data Security
BrightLine uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. We also rely on Wix, payment processors, and other providers to maintain safeguards for information processed through their systems.
No website, electronic transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, misused, or disclosed without authorization.
7. Your Privacy Choices
Access, correction, and deletion
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information BrightLine maintains about you. You may also ask for information about our processing or request a portable copy when required by applicable law. Contact us using the information in Section 14.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We may retain or withhold certain information when permitted or required by law, including records needed for contracts, payments, taxes, insurance, fraud prevention, legal claims, or security.
Marketing communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing does not prevent service-related communications about appointments, purchases, payments, safety, accounts, or active projects.
Cookie and advertising choices
You may adjust choices through the Site’s cookie or privacy control when available, through your browser settings, and through opt-out tools offered by applicable analytics or advertising providers.
8. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to BrightLine’s processing, you may have rights to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information;
- access, correct, or delete certain personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of certain information;
- opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
- limit or withdraw consent for certain sensitive-data processing; and

To exercise a right, email BrightLinegutter@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request or write to the address in Section 14. Describe the request and the state in which you reside. To appeal a denied request, use the subject Privacy Appeal and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will respond as required by applicable law.
BrightLine will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. You may use an authorized agent when permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and BrightLine’s services are intended for property owners, tenants with proper authority, and other adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and BrightLine does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 11. Communications and Telephone Information
When you provide a telephone number or email address, BrightLine may use it for transactional communications relating to quotes, appointments, technician arrival, photographs, invoices, payment, plan administration, and customer support. Promotional communications will be sent only as permitted by law and subject to any required consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing service.
12. Information Processed in Other Locations
Wix and other service providers may process or store information in the United States and other locations where they or their service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. We use service providers and safeguards as required by applicable law.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, Site tools, legal requirements, or business practices. The revised policy will be posted on the Site with a new effective date.
