These Terms of Service describe the conditions under which BrightLine Gutter Care provides gutter cleaning, maintenance, repair, and installation services.
Services and Availability
BrightLine Gutter Care provides gutter cleaning, gutter maintenance and inspection, downspout service, gutter repair, gutter-guard service, and seamless aluminum gutter installation for qualifying properties within our service area. Services, appointments, and Care Plan visits are subject to crew availability, weather, safe access, and property conditions. Online booking dates are requests until BrightLine confirms the appointment.
We may reschedule or decline work when conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, or the requested work is outside our service scope. Pricing and service requirements may vary based on gutter length, home height, roof pitch, accessibility, gutter guards, gutter condition, debris level, and travel distance. BrightLine will explain any recommended additional work, and no additional charge will be made without customer approval.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and property information, a valid service address, and safe, reasonable access to all work areas. Before the crew arrives, gates must be unlocked, pets secured, and driveways and work areas reasonably clear. Customers must disclose known hazards, fragile surfaces, underground drainage issues, or property conditions that may affect the work.
Payment is due according to the selected service or Care Plan. Additional work will be performed only after customer approval.
Online payments
Online payments for individual gutter-cleaning bookings are one-time payments for the amount displayed at checkout. Additional work or charges require your approval. Paying does not change the appointment status shown in your booking confirmation.
